A seasoned dealmaker, Michael has guided divestitures, financings and complex capital structures from mandate to close.
With several years of experience in the mergers and acquisitions field, Michael possesses extensive transactional expertise, closely partnering with executives and investors to successfully manage divestitures, investments, debt and equity raising, all while navigating complex capital structures to promote optimal outcomes.
Prior to joining Alfar Capital, Michael served as Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance, playing a pivotal role in numerous transactions and providing advisory services to leading Canadian businesses. Furthermore, he worked in Corporate Development at Logibec and gained valuable experience as an auditor at PwC.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Michael co-founded a successful e-commerce business, capitalizing on the e-commerce boom of the early 2020s.
