In 2000, he co-founded Aheeva, a company specialized in technological solutions for call centers. In 2003, building on the success of Aheeva, Georges and his partner went on to launch Atelka, which emerged as a frontrunner in Canadian customer contact management solutions. In 2016, under his leadership, Georges orchestrated the sale of Atelka to TeleTech, one of the largest customer experience technology and service provider.
Georges then joined Genetec, a leading provider of unified security software, as Chief Commercial Officer to lead the global team of sales, marketing, and operations.
In 2019, Georges spearheaded the acquisition of Cognibox and transformed the organization into a global player in the compliance management solutions. The company was sold to APAX Partners in 2022 following its successful transformation which led to a gross IRR / MOIC of 62.5% / 4.5x.
Today, Georges has joined Alfar Capital to partner with successful entrepreneurs, and help them take their business to the next level both operationally and financially.
